Okay, What I will attempt to do here is trace the roots and cross-pollination of the Brownsville 'revival' in chronological order. Significant information is underlined. Important note: Holy Trinity Brompton is an Anglican church in which is spreading the Toronto blessing in England. I guess all roads lead back to Toronto as you will soon see.
(Cathy Wood is an intercessor from Brownsville, the church photographer, and producer of the Sister Wood Reports. Some spelling corrections have been made in the article.)
Our pastor's wife went to Toronto in February or March of 1994 , I don't remember when for sure, but when she got back..without even telling of any of the manifestations she had seen..a few started that very Sunday she returned
Then Lindell Cooley became our new worship leader. Our other one was anointed but Lindell brought something more He, too had visited Toronto right before he came to Brownsville.
Then on Fathers Day, Steve Hill, a missionary to Argentina with the Assemblies of God, came to give testimony of how God refreshed his life in London at a meeting (Holy Trinity Brompton)
From Sister WOOD Reports: How The Revival Began

"A large Pentecostal church in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, planted SCC (Sunderland Christian Centre). After having worked very hard to establish the sibling church, the pastors, Ken & Lois Gott reached a place in 1994 where they were yearning for a move of God in the church and in their lives. It was around this time that a friend invited Ken to go down to London. The friend had heard that some great things were happening in a London church.
The church turned out to be Holy Trinity Brompton -an Anglican church. When Ken and some other friends went forward to be prayed for by the bishop, they did not know what to expect. But as the bishop prayed for them, God overwhelmed them and the visiting Pentecostals collapsed at the feet of the bishop. Ken Gott was rolling on the floor with laughter! Something happened in him that he could not yet explain but somehow he knew that it was God and that it was good!
Having seen the positive change in their pastor, the church rallied together and collected enough money for Ken and Lois to visit the Toronto Airport Vineyard (Now Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship) . They had heard that the Anglican Church had received the anointing of the Holy Spirit from Canada. So off they went to Toronto.
When they returned from Toronto, the Sunderland church was impacted by this new move of the Holy Spirit in a new and unprecedented way. God invaded SCC with His power and glory. Word of this spread around the area and around the whole of UK. Later it spread all around the world. Visitors started to pour in from literally every corner of the world. The Church decided to hold nightly meetings except for Mondays and the place was packed out every night. Hungry people came to drink from the well that God has opened in Sunderland."

John Arnott Visits Brownsville
(Written Feb.22,1996) It's hard to be a BIG NAME and slip into a service
without being noticed, but because of so many new converts..it can happen
for a while. Anyway, after a good 2 hours into praise and worship, pastor
Kilpatrick was asking the visitors where they were from and they raised their
hands. He was on the last hands which happened to be on the very back row
and we heard CANADA..Pastor was walking down that aisle and said "My goodness,
John Arnott..I didn't know you were here".
After the sermon, when prayer ministry began, I was assigned to the platform to keep watch over the crowds in front of me to get the cloths to the prayer team members to cover those that fall in the Spirit. I love that job.. I get to see from a birds eye view the moving of the Holy Spirit on hundreds of faces..Oh it is so beautiful..\o/... I saw after a while that Pastor Arnott was praying too on the other side of the building. It was like watching TV because it was hard to sink in that he was really here. There was such a mob around him that usually all I could see was his face (he is tall) and his hands on their heads. I think what blessed me the most is not that HE is anything but that GOD is everything and what started in Toronto..really is HERE too.. We so appreciate Bro. Arnott for being open to God because thats where Mrs. Kilpatrick went..to his church in Toronto and the impartation (anointing) did truly follow her home to us!
I sincerely hope and pray that John Arnott was refreshed at Brownsville and was able to feel Gods presence. I would love to go to Toronto..and will one day, with YOU I hope!

"In May 1996 Ken & Lois Gott, Senior Leaders of the churches, visited Florence, Kentucky, where Ken was scheduled to speak at Heritage Christian Fellowship, pastored by Cleddie Keith along with John Kilpatrick, Pastor of Brownsville Assemblies of God, Pensacola, Florida, where at that time 25,000 people had been saved in the 11 months of revival that they were experiencing. (This figure has now exceeded 60,000 and keeps rising!) This meeting was significant in the Spirit, and there was a clear sense that God was joining all that has taken place at Sunderland with what He is doing at Pensacola. We returned home with a conviction that God was preparing us for the Harvest, and we began to hold nightly "Waiting meetings", praying for revival and waiting on the Holy Spirit."

March 21 - 23 (1997): Catch the Wave Conference
(at Sunderland) with Brenda Kilpatrick (Pensacola) and her team;
Steve Penny (Australian Prophet) /Lorraine Evans/ Barbara Hills/ Dianne Sloan/
Gary Shelton (worship leader Randy Clark).
Venue: Sunderland, UK
1.Brenda Kilpatrick (wife of John Kilpatrick, Pastor of Brownsville AOG) being led by the hand absolutely "spaced out" in the Spirit -drunk out of her wits! She didn't seem to know where she was, so an usher was leading her by the hand.
2.And Gary Shelton apologising Sunday morning for the absence of his wife who had "a hangover.." from the Saturday Meetings. Apparently she had never been this drunk in her life! No-one had prayed for her, she just got hit by the Presence of God.

REPORT DATE: 26 APRIL 1997--Visitors From Sunderland
"Dear Cathleen,
You asked me what's up....
so....... here goes!
The Gott's (Ken and Lois) from Sunderland England are here..for conference at Brownsville. (Mrs. Kilpatrick just got home from their church also...) Well... they seem to have an impartation for intercession and going a bit deeper in the river...!!!
They prayed for the prayer team last night for about 45 min. before church. It was such a strong anointing. The room was full of everyone of us behaving as if electricity was charging thru us in huge waves. Uncontrollable yells were coming out of us... As a matter of fact... Ouch.. they are hitting me as I try to describe it. My head keeps getting swallowed up by my shoulders in huge jerks as "OHHHH!" comes out of my mouth as as if my voice and body are synchronized. Last night...my head seemed to get so much lower than my shoulders that at one point, my head was in my blouse..ha ha ha ha ha.. I am starting to laugh now........................ whoa............... Oops...there I go again!
Some time between 6:15 and 7:00 my earrings broke off... Who knows how or when???? Maybe My shoulders did it!!!
It all started early on Friday..yesterday.. when Lila, our head intercessor lead us in some worship. The Glory fell and we knew that this day was going to be a great finish to the conference. In the afternoon, Mrs. Kilpatrick talked to the conference attendees and mainly spoke to the wives of ministers and how God wants to set them free from the pain and cares they have been under. We had a time of praying for them and the presence of God was tremendous. Intercession was taking place for them... and the Glory was there.
By the time the Gott's came to pray for us at 6:15...we had been soaked in the anointing and were ready to be re-filled.
Its funny that God would send us "More" when we were getting to the point of saying THERES MORE but sometimes deep inside I was wondering if we really had gotten all we were going to get and now our mission was to give out what we had received. We have grown accustomed to feeling the presence of God at the level we are around on a regular basis. We don't take Him for granted but we get to the point sometimes where we can "handle" it easier. Well, after those prayers last night, we were manifesting like we did in the beginning..only louder. Trying to walk was harder. Going in a straight line and completely upright was nearly impossible for the the whole night. Staying silent was also nearly impossible. The OH's came without thought or fore-knowledge that it was about to come.
I was assigned to pray in the Chapel last night. I was excited to pray after all I had received this week...
The people were very hungry to be touched by God. My partner, Darlene, had been powerfully touched in the prayer room too so we FELT the presence of God swirling around us as we prayed. Most people were visibly shaken by the Holy Spirit... we think.... Both of us seemed to be in a woozy spiritual condition and I know my eyes had a hard time focusing. :-) Darlene did fall over one time with the person she was praying for..and I nearly did. The Spirit seemed to rush right through the person being prayed for and hit the catcher too. My knees kept giving out and I'd end up in a squatting position going "OHHHHHHHHH!" Elmer came to the chapel to clear us out around midnight but we went to the main building where it was still packed. Many teams were still praying so I decided to get prayed for again. I got Pastor Shumway from another AOG to pray for me. As he turned toward me..I started deep bowing until he touched my head and then I went electric until I crashed to the floor. My head was trying to hide in my blouse again.. ha ha ha ha .. my pockets emptied.. my tags and certs were everywhere. I could see them but I couldn't get them. Some people around me tied to help me up but it was no use...My legs would not hold me up. I don't know how long I was down but when the lights started going out (Sweet Elmer strikes again!) I made myself get up and wobbled in a bent over position all the way to the car. I did the OHHH's all the way. No one pays any attention to people like me anymore..its a common sight here but for a prayer team member..who can manage a lot of anointing, its a bit unusual to be so overcome. I had to set my cruise control on the car to 35mph or else I would find myself slowing down to 20 mph as I boxed the air in intercession all the way home.
I had spent 15 hours at church yesterday...and was never tired like you might think. AT one point after lunch, I thought.. I need a nap.... but then I heard that we would be praying for people at 3:00 and that excitement woke me up as the expectancy of seeing God move over these ladies! I dreamed of being at church while I slept. Jerks woke me up several times. It was very nice. When I got to the lab this morning and picked up some photos of the Gott's praying for some others the day before... I start the bowing and had to stop looking at them in public!!! Instead of the loud OHH"S.. I had some more quiet EWE"S.. ha ha ha ha... that poor Lab....they know me by now!!!
I will write about the Banner service and Golden Altar service later..but since you asked what was UP... I just had to tell you while this is so fresh!
